well this is actually the first phone ive seen without a keyboard and even considered, iphone deff wasnt worth the loss, but this might be.

the droids keyboard isnt very good anyway (moto has a problem with shoving keys close together and putting that stupid dpad on there)
ive got the G1 now and i love it, but its pretty slow sometimes, but the keyboard is perfect

Yeah but there is a huge different between the two chips a well known fact is that processor speed is very misleading if you’re not comparing the same processor.

A chip that’s been refined many time to make a processing cycle more effectiveness in executing tasks. Do some research on architecture processor.

The snap dragon/scorpion isn’t the defining factor as to why this phone is faster than the droid and in many eye isn’t worth and upgrade or lose of a key bored.

Did you see when he placed the Droid next to the Nexus One? Did you see how the Droid screen was 100% more visible? Yeah, I did too.

I also noticed that I could see the screen clear as day despite all of the reports that say OLED screens fade out in the sun… hmmmmmm

  10. ericblr on January 23, 2010 at 9:28 pm

ummm, I have a g1 and the iphone is wayyyyy better than the g1. Now the nexus…. thats a different story!

    snapdragon is ARM as well……..

  13. vexx506 on January 23, 2010 at 10:40 pm

yeah no. Google is destroying the iphone and doing it fast. apple fans can only stay in denial for so long.

as for microsoft being irrelivant, lol. Microsoft is king for computers and software (cept ie, ugghh that is a garbage browser).

The mobile market will go to Android. Apple will probably continue to dominate music players for a while (even though Zune is better), and Microsoft will stay at the top in computers for a long time.

yeah see hes not gonna do that, iphone jailbroken is ALMOST as good as a regular G1.

and really theres plenty of vids on youtube of the nexus iphone comparison, and the hardware is at least twice as good as a 3gs and i guess os is a prefference but imo iphone os is for toddlers and retards, just a menu of square icons.

  16. vexx506 on January 24, 2010 at 12:38 am

edge instead of 3g is probably the idiots who bought it unlocked and used it on att without reading that it only works on att edge, or tmobile 3g.

pre is garbage dude, nexus all the way.

or any other android phone is really still better than palm.

  18. vexx506 on January 24, 2010 at 1:57 am

eventually yeah, but obliviously they hadnt in the thousands of years people were around so who knows when it would’ve happened.

and no a 3 yr old wouldnt have any idea how to get a block of wood into hundreds of super soft squares with perforated edges.

  19. akm1516 on January 24, 2010 at 2:23 am

yes or u can buy it without a plan for 529$

  20. penguin303 on January 24, 2010 at 2:44 am

Hilarious that you shot video of an AMOLED screen outside in the California sun. Even better was the fact that some bitch was talking almost as loud as you for the majority of your video. Sadly, you get free shit this way. What a world.

  21. 101alva on January 24, 2010 at 3:04 am

    this is for tmobile ???

  22. julianj46 on January 24, 2010 at 3:47 am

whats assuption homo dont you mean assumption…u sir are a faget…buy an iphone jailbreak and compare it to whatever shitty android device you havve and youll see what im talkin about..

  23. jaimejames13 on January 24, 2010 at 4:43 am

Sadly, Nexus/T-Mobile combo doesn’t surpass iPhone/AT&T I hoped 2 get away from. Problematic Nexus 3G ONLY works on T-Mobile (unlocked phones are pointless for 3g outside T-Mobile), additional buttons aren’t necessary & trackball is inaccurate, larger screen isn’t that responsive, less memory (even upgraded) than iphone, battery life isn’t great, IF any tech problems, ONLY EMAIL SUPPORT W/3 DAY MIN. RESPONSE, CANCELLATION FEES FROM BOTH GOOGLE & T-MOBILE= $550! Final? Wait 4 next gen.

  24. tolmbyf0u on January 24, 2010 at 5:03 am

@vexx506 someone would have “invented” it sooner or later, i mean a 3 year old could invent toilet paper…

  25. BalthazzarCH on January 24, 2010 at 5:35 am

the assuption about my sexual oriantation from a “uhhh shiny”-fanboy is very important.
